DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours , if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, Refund will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the item . 

CANCELLATION

In case of cancelling  your order please do within 24 hours of placing the order .Send a text to our whatsapp number 9493840896.After 24 hours ,cancellation request are not approved 

If you cancel your order before the product is shipped we will refund the entire amount.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

You can exchange your purchase within 24 hours from the time you received provided the product is in good condition as it was revived neatly packed in its original cover 

we do not have pick up facility so the pick up will have to be arranged from your end with your own expenses.

You can return your product and ask for refund only if the item is defective or damaged provided with the opening video of the parcel from beginning till end.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
